- Content you upload: photos, portfolio images, documents, and other files

- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service, and referring URLs
- Location data: approximate location based on IP address (we do not collect precise GPS data without consent)

- Twilio — SMS and voice communications. Phone numbers and message content are processed through Twilio for appointment reminders, two-way messaging, and notifications.
- Resend — Email delivery. Email addresses and message content are processed through Resend for transactional emails and notifications.
- Anthropic — AI-powered features. Certain data may be processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to provide intelligent scheduling, smart replies, and other AI features. We do not send payment information to AI providers.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in these circumstances:
- With service providers: As described in Section 5, to operate the Service
- Between shop owners and clients: Booking and contact information is shared between businesses and their clients as necessary to fulfill appointments
- Cross-brand accounts: If you use the same login across multiple Runner brands, your account data is shared across those brands to provide a unified experience
- Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we retain certain data for up to 90 days to allow for account recovery. After that period, personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data indefinitely for analytics purposes.
Transactional records (invoices, payment history) may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations.
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
